A high quality, relatively dry lager brewed using distinctive low bitterness aroma hops. Taddy Lager undergoes at least six weeks cold maturation to create a refreshing lager with an exceptionally clean, crisp finish. It is brewed only at the little town of Tadcaster which is the reason for its name. The word “Taddy” was Samuel Smith’s Brewery’s first registered trademark.

Tried at the local Sam smiths. Widow cullens well. Pale with a white head. Some light malty but mainly light. Thin body.

Нормальный питкий лагер. Пил в знаменитом пабе Джона Сноу. Красота убранства паба безусловно способствовало приятному соитию. Хмель кстати напомнил мне Кельш, так же похрустывает на языке.

On tap at The Gazebo. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has bread and straw with a bit of earthy grain supporting. Flavor has grains and bread throughout with a bit of straw and hay in the finish.

Keg at Chandos, Charing Cross. Light soury citrus aroma. Clear light gold. Foamy white head. Very light bitter. Grainy. A tad yeasty. Soda. Light. Thin. Average-fizzy carbonation. Dry finish. Basicest of basics.

Keg at the Rising Sun in Smithfield. A hot day demanded a cold lager to start the evening and this hit the spot. It's a bog standard, straight down the middle English style lager. It looks and tastes like a macro, but it was just what I needed.
