Old rating from Aug 2017 - A bottle I picked up in a bottle shop in Dornbirn, Austria of all places & brought back with several hundred others from my trip. One of the first I opened as not often you come across beers from South Africa. It pours a hazy amber colour with a generous creamy head. Aromas of strong citrus & tangerine. Tastes has citrus, tangerine & grapefruit with a medium-low biscuit nuttiness in the background, and some bread. Palate is medium body & medium carbonation. Aftertaste is clean hoppy dry bitterness. Outstanding.

Bottled@Little Pub, Vaasa. Deep amber colour with a small beige foamy head. Aroma is sweet malts, mild cookies, some zest, citrus and also quite evident caramel sweetness. Flavour is zesty, some caramel notes with mild ripe fruits as well as some biscuity tones.

Bottle thanks to Pilot Goran who flew this all the way from South Africa. Shared with Višnja 666 and him at his home. Clear amber, small off-white head. Faint aromas, cardboard, earthy, some hops, mostly toasty malts. Light bitterness. Light body, moderate carbonation, light finish. Not a very good one.

(Bottle, 0.44 l - batch #21 - BB 14/06/2018, from Alko, 20170928) The beer poured deep amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness tangerine and perfume. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, tangerine, grass, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A nicely done hoppy brew. Bit too floral aroma.

Bottled 500ml (Alko web, BB I think 06/2018, batch #21)
Clear dark amber colour, smallish beige head. Malts, tangerine and some caramel in the nose. Medium-bodied. Zesty hoppyness mixed with maltyness - crystal malts and ripe fruits. Quick bitter finish. Kind of harsh. Hoppy but lacks fresh bite.

Bottle. Hazy dark amber color with small eggshell head. Aroma is toffee, piney,. Taste is toffee, buttery, citrus. Full-bodied, sweet, and with a piney bitter finish. Not bad, but probably past its prime.

440ml bottle kindly shared by Stefan. Good looking with a solid foamy, off-white head leaving artwork on the glassware. Bright amber coloured body. Malt-fruity nose, caramel and dried fruits. Taste of apricot, pine, brittle caramel, and mild spices. Malt-fruity bitterness to the ending. Smooth on the swallow and fine bodied. Likable (session in Tromsø 03.06.2015).
