A blend of three different barrel aged saisons, each with a different mixed culture, aged for 8 months in neutral red wine barrels and then keg conditioned for 3 months. Sour with a touch of hop bitterness and oak tannin, pretty citrusy with some pleasant funk making its way in.

MBCC. Slightly hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, fruit and lemon. Flavour is malt, fruit, lemon, yeast, medium sweet, citric, lemon and a little dry.

Draught @ MBCC 2019. Pours clear light golden with a white head. Aroma of malt yeast, light sourness, wood, sweet and light tart apples. Flaofr is light sour, malt, fruit, apples, wood, vinegar. Medium body, average carbonation, dry acidic finish. 110519

Sample @ MBCC 2019, blue session. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are lactose acid, fruits, malt, hops and has a nice long sour finish.
