Clear warm golden colour, white head. Hoppy aroma, straw, malts. Sweet malty flavour, nice bitterness. Sweet finish. Decent pilsener.

33cl bottle from some Spätkauf in Berlin. Grainy and grassy aroma with mild malty and herbal notes. Moderate sweet with grassy flavour, hints of alcohol and a certain bitterness. Not quite my cup of tea, but more interesting than the regular Beck’s.

Bottle @ Don’t want anything to do with carnaval tasting. Clear pale golden color, virtually no head. Smell and taste lightly malts, rice, cardboard, the slightest bitter touch. Low body and carbonation. Crappy.

Bottle @ benzai’s carnaval. Clear golden colour with a small white head. Smells marijuana, hops, malts. Tastes malty, cardboard, old. Thin to medium body, soft carbo.

Flasche in der Lufthansa Lounge im Flughafen München. Goldener Körper mit weißem Schaum. Aroma: Hopfen, Zitrus. Zunächst etwas ranziger Geschmack, Zitrus leider weg. Vollmundig, hopfig, etwas bitter. Abgang kurzanhaltend bitter

Ich weiß gar nicht ob diese Bier-Reihe noch vertrieben wird, aber ich würde sie nicht vermissen. Es ist ein fades Pils mit matten Aromen, welche sich im Mund irgendwie nicht entwickeln wollen.
