33 cl bottle @ hotel room, Zürich. Aroma has hayosh tomes, licorice and ash. Flavour has salty licorice, soy sauce, ash and herbal tones. Too salty for my taste and feels also slightly messy.

Zwart bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is krachtig, licht bitter en ietwat zurig met iets van koffie, bittere chocolade, ietwat rook en aalbessen (de zure ingrediënt).

Bottle at home, thanks Werckmeister! Dark brown, a little bit thin, with a beige head that disappears quickly. Aroma of dark chocolate, vanilla, a bit of bread, light roast. Quite sweet vanilla taste with a light roast, a bit of chocolate. Pretty thin for the ABV but the flavor is there.

At a tasting, thanks Werckmeister, very little head, murky dark brown color, aroma of chocolate cake, dark bread, wood and a whiff of oak, flavor of bitter dark chocolate, some oak and vanila and a hint of dark fruits, light pleasant sweetness. Nice and enjoyable.
