[ As The Veil Sleeping Forever 2017 ].Clear dark black brown colour with a small, fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, wood, alcohol, chocolate - vanilla, coffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, wood, chocolate, roasted, dark malt, chocolate - vanilla - cocoa. Sampled at Ocelot’s 2nd anniversary party, pours a muddy black with a ring of white head. Nose has molasses, cherry, raisin, mild vinegar. Flavor has molasses, raisins, dried cherries, a lurking tartness. Full bodied, sticky finish.
