Bottle [thanks to bierkoning] @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus and Joes. Opaque pale yellow color, decent sized white head. Aroma is quite nice: wheat, lightly citrus, lightly yeast. Tastes about the same, wheat, lightly citrus, lightly yeast, maybe a slight hint of herbs or spices. Soft texture, suitable body. Good in its style if you ask me.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, light sourish-fruity notes, fruity like lemon, some orange. More and more spicy-fruity. Finish still mild and well balanced. Not bad!

500ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average to huge, thick, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Typical, straight to the point Wit aroma, wheat, lemon, orange zest, some coriander and clove. Taste is moderately sweet wheaty, hints of orange zest, sweetness is partially absorbed by a fresh lemon note; later some coriander comes in. Slightly watery; carbonation is fine pored and soft but sustainable and constantly re-sizzling. Now! The only Belgian Wit of German origin known to me. And not the worst.

0,5 l bottle with a good looking design and label artwork. Bought in a local super-market together with the Köstritzer Pale Ale in a special 4 bottle advertisement pack for 5,49 Euro. Pale yellow and unclear in the glass. Nice white head. Herb citrus and soapy on the nose. Starts herb citrus, little bit koreander and malty. Later herb citrus with decent bitterness. High carbonated. Interesting for that kind of beer.
