Nice smooth nose with typical Witbier aroma. The beer starts a bit watery, not too deep. Nice aroma of coriander and citrus peel. Fresh, but not too deep. Quite full-bodied with a nice yeasty body, but not deep. The aftertaste is watery, thin, easy to drink but not too great.

Mild herb fruchtiger Antrunk, hell, spritzig. Im Mittelteil milder, wässrig herb, minimale Koriandernoten. Noch wässriger im Nachgeschmack, langweilig. 9/7/5/5/9/7

(bottle) Cloudy, yellow colour with a firm foamy white head. Citrus-fruity aroma with notes of oranges, grapefruit and blossons, present wheaty character with noticeable but bearable Coriander spice. Moderately sweet and slightly sour flavour, quite light bodied with a soft carbonation. Slim wheaty base with notes of citrus and Coriander spice, the latter getting slightly soapy towards the mildly sour-fruity finish. 22.VII.14

Bottle, 5.4%. Distinct coriander aroma, lemon peel, nicely dusty. Cloudy yellow colour. Big stable chalk white head. The flavour has a lot of coriander and some lemon peel as well. Hint of yoghurt in a rather dry finish.

Very light on the hops, and not much spice. A little sweet muffin flavor and a touch of clove.

Bottle. Pours cloudy pale straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of grain, citrus, yeast and hops. Bitter flavour of hops, with notes of herbs, citrus and yeast, and touches of malt. Floral and estery afteraste. Again, just like the Pale Ale, a rather cautious experiment, with an okay result, but one cannot help waiting to see version 2.0.

Hazy, pale yellow. Airy, white head. Spicy, coriander, citrus aroma. Flavour is similar, rather light but with hints of butter and a spicy, peppery finish.

Bottled, thanks koelschtrinker! Cloudy yellow, small head. Distinct coriander aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with some citrus and white bread, lots of coriander. More like a heavily coriandered wheat lager than a proper wit, but refreshing nevertheless.

Bouteille(from the cheap and nasty Wattenscheid Real Markt):Pale golden - or better - yellowish coloured, small foamy layer;mild - but still spicy - aromas of oranges and lemons in the delicate wheaty-yeasty nose; light bodied, light to moderate sourish-sweetish flavour; traces of coriander ( presumably) in the short sourish-lemony finish. Really not bad…
