Cerveza salvaje acondicionada en botella por seis meses. Con un marcado carácter ácido respaldado por las notas frutales aportadas por los capulines. Un estilo belga pero reinterpretado con el capulín, una cereza endémica de los montes de México y a la que se suman el maíz criollo así como las levaduras y microorganismos que proliferan en la cervecería y alrededores.

On tap at rlrl. Default 6oz pour for $9. Tall stemware, thin head. Opaque, plum-colored pour. Sour cherry & milky caramel nose. Sour cherry, sour melon, a little caramel & oxidation, lots of sweet vinegar, basic cereal, sidra, a bit of glue. Lightly frothy. Quite sharp but more sugar than expected. Complex but at the extreme expense of drinkability. Battery acid. Difficult to finish.

Cloudy purple pink color. Massive raspberry, blueberry sour oak. Very tart but excellent fruit character. Sweet and tart. Very tart. Excellent body. Seriously people you don’t know what good beer is based on these ratings. Wake up

Bottle, 500 ml, shared with kajser27, Max, Miro and Miro B. Courtesy of Miro and Max. Hazy red with small white head. Fruity, some cherries, some oak,moderate sourness.
