Poor Cocoboi... he watched in horror, as all his coconut friends perished. It was a necessary evil in order to make this delicious, liquified 13% abv coconut cake in a can. We used all the toasted coconut we could get (18 lbs per bbl!!), smashed it with a pile of Madagascar vanilla beans, and conditioned “the beer” on them for a couple weeks before sending to package. The result is a viscous, delicious, dessert chaos, brimming with oily coconut madness. Listen - that New Years resolution is long gone. Come crush some of this!
