Bottled, thx Fil or Ryan! Lightly hazy coppery-amber body, off-white head - quite thick. Creamy, bready aroma, sweet, with light caramel and lighter butter. Smooth, creamy, yeasty taste with a bit of bread, light autolysis and a bitterish finish. Okay!

Flaska från Bierothek. Klar bärnstensfärgad vätska med medelhögt skum. Rejäl kropp Karamell och kolaremmar och ganska söt. Bränd brödskorpa, mjöl och lite kryddor. Bra balans och fin på julbordet. Gott
