Thanks Shu for sharing! Teku showing deep gold with a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows pronounced of clean brett with mildly sweet notes of Belgian yeast. The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Moderately tart with moderately intense balanced notes of oak and brett with light clean notes of green apples, and lemon. Clean acidity throughout that supports the beer reminsicent of a white wine. Fantastic.

Bottle pour @ MBWAC, Copenhagen. Vinous, oaky and earthy with some funky yeastiness, grapes, citrus and cheesy notes. A lot of white wine notes here.
