Hazy golden colour with a tiny white head. Aroma is funky, some citrus and mild toasted tones with some grapes and mild white wine like tones. Flavour is pretty much following the pattern of the aroma. Nicely funky finish.

Vintage 2017. Orange body, with a medium, creamy head. Aroma of almond, white wine, citrus, ripe fruits, some funk, slight vinegar. Tastes similar. Medium mouthfeel, with a low carbonation. Finishes smooth, moderate acidic, citric, vinous, wooden, a bit funky. This aged very well. Perfect balance between vinous, funky and fruity notes, with just the right level of acidity. Drinks very smooth and elegant. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 17

Bottle, 750 ml at charity tasting Wien 2022. Shared with Miro B, Werckmeister and others. Cloudy golden with white head. Nice subtle funk, fruit, citrus, white grapes, vinous, pleasant sourness. Medium bodied.

Bottle thanks to Will. Pours a hazy golden with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is grape skin, oak, funk, earth. Slick body, citrus, apple, grape, light oak, mineral, very good.

BB 11.1.2027. yellow clear color, small white head. smells citric, herbal, subtle funk, thyme, rosemary, light horse radish, flowery. nice to very nice smel. full body pearly carbonation. tastes citric, grassy, earthy, herbal, some horse radish, some funk, peppery, subtle oak, grape skins, more wine notes come through once it warms. finishes dry, quite pearly and with a subtle sourness and notes of grass, horse radish and suble grape skins. good stuff, way too pearly though, also not totally convinced by the balance, quite good, but almost expected a bit more.

Rerate 15.12.2024: 0,75l bottle at home. Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells hay, oak, earthy, stone fruits, peppery, spices, lactic acid. Very nice smell. Smells super fresh. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes grassy, earthy, white wine, peppery, herbal. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of white wine, earthy and oak notes. Very nice one, tad on the heavy side, I think the barrel.

Flaska på Örebro Ölhall. Klar, ljusguldig med vit krona. Oerhört frisk och fräsch i doften med toner av citrus, kumquats, mogna äpplen, ljusa druvor, gula russin och lite aprikos. Mjuk och perfekt avvägd kropp, lagom fatkaraktär. Snyggt balanserad mellan sötma och syra med funkiga toner längre bak. Smaken som doften. Mer av vitvinstonerna kommer fram. Ligger kvar i munnen länge. Så välbalanserat och elegant. Oerhört gott.

ABV: 6.5%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, wine, grapes, oak, funk. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, citrus, grapes, wine - white wine, oak, barrel, funky, balanced. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20201120]

Bottle. Split with SirAlex. Pours clear pale yellow with a white frothy head. Intense sweet white wine and wood. Vinous and dry with notes of sesame. Dry lingering woody white wine finish with a touch of citrus. Nice.
