Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Orca Kirschenwäldchen ].Hazy - murky grey - matt medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good to fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, oak - dry oak. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, oak, dry oak, pale malt, fruity malt, light tart fruit - berry. (bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a blond and short foamy head. Sour-tart fruity and slightly wheaty aroma with notes of citrus, phenolic spices and a delicately woody touch. Mildly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Sourish fruity wheat character with notes of citrus and woody accents, giving some structure; moderately sour-fruity and tart finish. 08.VIII.17

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is citric, a touch Brausetablette, woody. Taste is Brausetablette, a bit salty. Medium carbonation. Easily drinkable, a bit too heavy on the salty and fizzy funk side, but okay.

Hazy golden with little white head. Aroma is butter cookies, toffee, wood, and deep complex notes that i dont know. Taste is sweet and sour fresh aprictos. Some salty strange something as well. Could have more carbonation. Good.

33cl bottle. A hazy orange golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of tart fruits, red malt, wood, cheeries. Taste of cherries, wood, mild tart fruits, red berries, red malt, nice!
