Ridiculously hazy, completely opaque, with a deep raw honey and golden coloured glow, with a microscopic white head that fades very quickly. Aroma of citrus, tart funk, a lot of grass and hay with a soft yeast bite and a touch of flowers near the end. Light-bodied; Tart and funky flavours dominate up front with some citrus, a touch of hay, light fructose and fruit-based-sugar notes with a dry, wheat malt profile and some softer alcohol towards the end, but relatively clean throughout. Aftertaste shows the citrus, tart funky yeast and a light dose of flowers from chamomile or hibiscus with a light berry flavour from the tart notes that shows way more blackberries and some raspberry notes than anything else - very tart and not very sweet, but noticeable throughout. Overall, a surprisingly tart and fragrant beer that shows more tart and soft notes than any citrus nor wheat notes and the look, while great and opaque, a bit variant than a typical berliner of course, but still nice to try! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Knightly Spirits in Orlando (Orange Blossom Trail), Florida on 19-April-2019 for US$4,27 sampled at home in Washington on 05-November-2019.

The Aromas are yeast, Funk, hints of Citrus and pale malt. Flavors are similar to nose lemony tart comes on strong, but not overly so. Fairly dry. Good body and finish with the lemony tart that lasts a while.
