Il gusto al naso viene catturato dal luppolo e dal fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la continuità olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta, è persistente e voluminosa. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto torbido. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La costanza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali che permangono sono luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, luppolo, resina, agrumi, frutta secca e pompelmo.

Bottle, many thanks anstei! Slightly hazy amber color with white head. Aroma is juicy tropical fruits, grassy, toasted malts, resinous, bready. Taste is tropical fruits, again toasted malts and a strong pine resin flavour, quite West Coasty. Medium carbonation, slightly warming finish. Works, but it’s hardly a NEIPA, and a bit too sweet, I’d say.

Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Pours cloudy amber. Aroma is strong tropical fruit and pines, some dank. Body is strong, rather sweet but strongly bitter, lots of backbone, punchy, still very fruity. Matching, soft-ish carbonation. Slightly oily. Lingering fruit palate. Very drinkable while being punchy. Good, but not quite as extreme as a typical NEIPA would be.
