Built around the malt bill of a typical Weizen, but fermented with American Ale Yeast and dry hopped to be a modern single-hop Citra American Wheat Ale. This is a summer beer by definition. Clear straw colored, clean, with a persistent creamy white foam head thanks to extra of proteins from all the wheat. Aromas of mango, kiwi and spices due to the post-fermentation hopping are followed by mango, passion fruit and wheaty graininess on the palate. This is a beer best followed by another one!

Base malti tipica di una Weizen tedesca, ma fermentata con un lievito dal profilo neutro e dryhoppata per essere una moderna American Wheat Ale monoluppolo. E’ una birra estiva per definizione. Colore giallo paglierino e leggermente velata, presenta una schiuma bianca cremosa e molto duratura grazie alle proteine del frumento. Al naso mango, kiwi e spezie seguiti al palato ancora da mango, frutto della passione e la tipica freschezza data dal frumento. Una birra da bere una dopo l’altra!
