2ND JUICE - this came about as we wanted to experiment with the pomace (leftover skins, pulp and stones) from the a barrel-aged sour cherry foeder beer. Beautifully pink and with still loads of cherry character. The base beer was also straight out of our 3000 liter Foeder, tart and complex.
