500ml bottle at 4.1%. Pours a dark ruby brown with a large head. Aroma is milk chocolate, roast malt and blackcurrant. Taste has mild roast to start, roast malt and berries on the finish.

Pours very dark brown with a small tan head.Nose shows cola, soft roasted malt, oats and toffee. Pretty nice!Flavours show more roasted malt and oats. Again, nice and tasty. Gets a bit light on later, almost watery.Body is too thin.

Bottled (4.1%), thanks oh6gdx! Near black, small head. Chocolaey nose and flavour. Dryish and very light odied with clean mouthfeel Roasty and almost thin with lots of chocolate. fairly low bitterness.

bottle, Tesco Pont-y-pŵl. Dark bwon colour, small head. Aroma of toffee and roasted malt. Flavours of roasted malt, caramel, toffee and hints of raisins combined with earthy hops in the finish.

Brown with a medium beige head. Aroma had hard roasted malt, coffee and dark chocolate. Flavour was sweet with hard roasted malt, dark bitter chocolate, coffee and hops. Finished sweet with bittering hops.

Bottle from Tbone, thanks. 4,1% ABV. Deep dark brown color, firm lasting head. Caramel, apple syrup and licorice in the aroma. Thin roasty flavor with apple syrup and caramel. Just a hint of coffee. Tasty mild.

(Bottled, ABV 4,1 %, BB 07/2009). Dark brown color, good creamy beige head. Sweet caramelly, a bit metallic aroma. Quite carbonated. Roasted, coffeish, a bit caramelly and milky. Some hops in the aftertaste. Good beer, but overcarbonated. Not sure if this is really "bottle conditioned".
