The first part of this Collaboration had the guys from Bierol visiting us at our Camba Headquarters in Truchtlaching. In 2 days filled with fun and laughter our master brewer Martin together with Christoph and Maximilian brewed a special Saison beer. The Saison Rivière is of a straw yellow colour, unfiltered and has the aroma of fruity gooseberry. The dryness is perfectly emphasized by Kazbek- and Saphir-Hops. A beautiful beer, brewed strictly under Bavarian purity requirements.

Tap. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is bananas, phenolic. Taste is bananas, wheat, estery, fussle oils, some off flavours, high carbonation. Not dry enough. Not a good Saison, and would?t be a great Weizen either, unfortunately...

Tap. Rose water , phenolic/onion and apricot jam aroma. Cloudy yellow, offwhite lace. Medium light body, mellow mouthfeel. Strong bubblegum, nail polish, dead notes. Quick finish. Ouch.
