Clear yellow, lots of white foam. Nose of sweet malts, a bit grassy, medium bitter finish. Good pilsner.

500ml Bottle - Pale golden/yellow with a white head. Lemon, tea, grass and some hints of aniseed in the aroma. Hoppy and refreshing taste with tea, grass, lemon and hay. Very nice.

Cask at Be.Re Roma. Cloudy golden with large white head. Malty, bit bready, grainy, clean. Some herbal hops. Nice bitter finish. Easy drinkable, a sipper.

Bottle @Les Vignerons (Rome). Dorata limpida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note di pane, erbaceo, citrico, floreale. In bocca è perfettamente bilanciata, con note di malto e finale amaro e secco, fresca e con eccellente spunto. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Pils praticamente perfetta.

Aroma had floral and lemon hints. Flavor showed floral hops, lemon and malty hints. Dry and btter finish. Clean and hop forward.

Tap at Franken Fest 2017, Rome. Semi clear golden, medium foam with drafts. Nose is moderately rustic, aggressively grassy and honey. Mouth stays below the nose although quite right, soft carbonation, balanced malty feel, moderate bitterness. Yes

Bottle. Dusty malt nose, off white head on a pale golden base. Light dusty grainy, restrained hops, ok bitter backstop but need to be cleaner, and preferably a bit more aromatic.

Clear catpiss with little white head. Aroma is barley and pale malt, some slight grass and very slight gummy bears. Taste is a bit bity grassy with some slightly soapy and alcoholic bitterness. Medium drinkable, very grassy also in the finish. Not bad.

Bottle. Clear yellow-golden color with white head. Aroma is grassy, earthy, some grainy malts. Taste is a bit buttery, earthy, grassy again. Earthy-herbal bitter finish. Low to medium carbonation. Refreshing. Not bad!
