Can @ Mikkeller, Odense. Pours amber with a white head. Nutty and vinous. Super smooth though a bit rough around the edges. Nibs and coco. Not sure it works for me.
Brown with a small off-white head. Roasted aroma with vanilla, coffee and peanuts. Sweet roasted flavour with vanilla, cocoa and alcohol.

Wow, reviews of this are all over. This beer must vary a ton. Pours a somewhat copper light brown color. A big sweet fruity nose, toffee. The flavor is nuts; big odd strawberries, toffee, dark cocoa. Honestly, I had no idea about peanut butter, but the finish is really dry. Quite good.

Taster shared with Brian at Mikkeller Portland. Appearance: hazy brown with a beige head. Aroma: dark fruits, caramel, cookies. Taste: similar, very sweet, with some hoppy bitterness, toffee. Like an American BW. Overall: interesting, but it's a bit too bitter.
Boozy with lots of coffee and some peanut butterish flavours. Fairly bitter, little bit thin for the ABV. Fun, but expected more. Good to share. Better as it warms.

On tap at Mikkeller San Diego, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma is intense, with peanut butter, coffee and cocoa. Flavour is along the same lines, with intense peanut butter, coffee and cocoa. Decadent but balanced, with everything in wonderful proportion. What a beer.
