(Bottle) Reddish brown colour with brief, frothy, beige head. Malty nose with notes of caramel, apricot marmalade, chocolate and crisp-bread. Malty taste with caramel, dark bread, apricot marmalade, chocolate and a mild spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Well balanced, but fairly basic dark lager. Quite nice.

Bottle @ Fontanelle Camping as The Wall I-Bock at 6,2% ABV. Pours almost clear amber with a small tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, little wood, fruit. Flavor is sweet, malty, caramel, wood, some sweet fruit.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Relatively boozy aroma. Caramel colour. Taste is rather bland. NOthing exciting to write home about.

Bottle, thank you Daniele. Clear orange/amber color, little foam leaving a lacing. Nose: caramel, malt beer must, cookies. Mouth: frizzy carbonation, a bit peppery, the caramel is well balanced with the peppery overall. Tasty

All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la continuità olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione rientra nella norma. Il piano sottostante è di aspetto velato. Anche qui le bollicine sono medio-fini, e poche. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è non invasivo. L'intensità gustativa è normale, con continuità sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali che permangono sono di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato arrivano impressioni di miele, pane, cereali e agrumi.
