375ml bottle from Racines, Cassel. Shared with Soph and Ewan in the Quarry. Hazed gold complexion, modest white froth atop. Excellent wild complexity here, with lovely floral fruity nuances from the white wine barrel. Fantastic Summer wild beer with excellent depth of flavour.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a hazy golden with next to no head. Complex aroma of noble rot, acetobacter and oak barrels. Medium body, low carbonation. Actually quite some initial sweetness, and again noble rot, tannins, distinct oak and some agressive acetic acid. Somehow the beer manages not to appear extremely soyr though, although I bet it is. A lovely, complex Sour - if your intestines can deal with the acid. 050721

Drucken på fat på Malmö Brewings Taproom. Syrlig och funkig doft. Sötsyrliga äpplen, fruktkompott, vinösa fattoner, pigg syra och en hel del funk. Mycket gott
