Sweet raspberry and strawberry jam flavor and aroma complement the soft oak and Pinot grape tannin. Rounding out this flemish inspired sour, you’ll find a mild prickle of tartness alongside a subtle residual jammy sweetness.

Sampled from bottle at the special Weyerbacher tasting at the Getränke Oase. Lactic, tart berry, crushed seeds, rhubarb. Murky pink colour, pink lace. Quite lactic sour, mellow sparkly mouthfeel. Rhubarb fruitiness, tart berry finish.

Bottle. Murky brownish color with tan ring. Aroma is very sour raspberries, some lacto, some dirty rural acidic funk. Taste is sour raspberries, but also some more lieblich characteristics. Dry finish. Medium carbonation. Good!
