Can. Black beer, bugger all head. The smell hits you as soon as you open the can. Rich chocolate and boozy warmth. Flavour has a nice hit of the cherry up front, rich chocolate, bourbon, a little nutty. Rich and smooth, I would have liked if the chocolate was just a little fuller in the flavour to add some richness against slightly tart cherry and the bittersweet bourbon but this is still very nice. Smooth, boozy pudding in a glass.

Can. First time this year I have had to put one of these in the fridge! Opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Smooth palate, a mild dryness, decent fine carbonation. Good chocolate ganache malts, some ice cream van chocolate syrup and a little boozy chocolate liqueur. The cherry is there but quite subservient to everything else going on. Modest but pleasing wet bourbon barrel with mild but good ripe barrel soaked bruised fruits, but the barrelling never outmuscles the solid base beer. Tees drinkable and yet another winner in this series.

Thin and oily as per usual. Sweet, a bit roasty. Mild dark chocolate, let's say 60%. Sweet cherries with some boozy, actually get a small cherry cordial vibe. Some barrel, vanilla lingers in the finish. Very nice.
