Pint can from Bigfoot Liquor, Florence, Wi, 4/21/24. Slightly hazy amber, large tan head, poor retention. Aroma of juniper, lime, pale malt, grape skins. Taste is grape, juniper, grape skins, lime, spruce. Well balanced, mild bitterness, crisp. Nice.

Undated can drunk 12/26/24.
Tried clear and adding some sediment. Sahtis are often fairly cloudy. Deep.copper. massively carbonated, off-white head.
Rustic and mellow with no punchy acidity. Bit of light juniper, low breadiness. Good maltiness with strong mineral.
Juicy juniper is tasteful and the malt is deep and supple. Despite the carbonation level, the can conditioning prevents it from being problematic. Not too bready, but enough to-style. Rustic, flavorful and mellow, despite being a cleaner example. This brewery kills it.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a clearish golden bronze with a full 3 fingers of soapy, white foam that lingers. Aromas of peppery rye, yeast and light juniper berry notes. Palate is very similar, drinks like a full-bodied saison. Dry, balanced finish.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow a white head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has a good amount of sweet grains and cookie with juniper supporting. Flavor has dry spruce and earthy bread with a bit of sweet grain in the finish.
