Lattina. Territorio olfattivo dominato da fruttato e sour. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il piano sottostante si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. Il dolce è medio in buona armonia con l'amaro medio e c'è anche una componente moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, resina, pino, agrumi, spezie, pompelmo, ananas, arancia rossa, limone, melone, pera, pesca e sale.

Can. Pours a hazy yellow, small head, lots of yeast residue. Aroma is intense guava, sweet malt, light acidity. Light body, flavour is sweet and sour, full on guava, salty touch in the finish. Quite nice!

Canned, 330 ml. Hazy yellow with small white head. Fruity, lactic, citrus, some tropical fruit. Medium sourness. Light to medium bodied.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy yellow. Lots of guava, a bit stinky, lacto, citric, sour and salty. A bit too salty.
