Sample thnx to Tom ! Pours clear, pale yellow. Scent is raw honey, fairly intense. Floral (by the honey) , gentle and mellow, really hides the ABV. Taste is full, sweet, simple honey , with a very floral backbone. Easy drinkin' mead, medium high to high sweetness. Good as a volume-consumption mead, not really the style i'm into, but well made.

Bottle sample at Mead Museum, pours a clear pale blonde. Nose brings out lots of sweet honey nectar, with plenty of bees wax. Flavour is intensely sweet, with a wonderful honey nectar character, with tons of bees wax and treacle. Decadent and intensely complex. Lovely.

Bottle @ Mead Museum, Prague. Pours golden, light oily lacing. Aroma of honey, flowers, light fruit. Flavor is sweet, rich honey, fruit, flowers, little alcohol. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, oily mouthfeel, light warming finish. 020817

Bottle in a mead shop. Pours clear golden, nose is honey, floral, beeswax, taste is sweet, sticky honey.

Bottle. Tasted hot. Deep golden color with no head. Sweet aroma of honey, spices and herbs. Taste, sweet honey, herbs, cinnamon and other spices. Enjoyable.
