Bánh Mì, Bánh Mì, Say That You Love Me Cucumber, Chilli & Coriander Gose is our love letter to the bánh mì! We’ve taken the garnishes from a beloved bánh mì and added them to a perfectly tart, slightly salty Gose.
Think a lil’ bit of chilli, a lil’ bit of coriander and a whole lotta cucumber. Cucumber is the star of the show with light and floral coriander and an extremely gentle chilli burn adding just the right amount of tang. A perfect tart and slightly salty finish rounds this Gose off!

440ml can from the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear golden colour with a short-lived, fizzy white head. The aroma is big cucumber. The flavour is light sour, with a light, watery, cucumber, light chill spice palate. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation. Fine for a hot climate, but really this is just alcoholic cucumber water, with some faint chilli spice notes. The “beer” coming out of Moon Dog these days doesn’t compare to what they used to brew.
