Il gusto al naso riconosce l'orzo. La finezza olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida è di consistenza limpida e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione è persistente. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donate sensazioni di miele, crosta di pane, cereali, erba e agrumi.

Bottle, 330 ml from Hop&Rock. Cloudy golden with large white head. Malty, some citrus notes, light herbal notes, tad sweet with bitterish finish.

Tap in Siracusa, 31st May 19. Pours straw with a slight haze. Aroma is straw and hay, taste has a good bitter bite, straw, grassy, some citrus. It's a very good Pils

Tap at So Good in Rome-Italy. Semi clear golden pale pour, big and frothy white head. Nose is quite yeasty, much crumb, really raw and rustic with grassy and weedy hints. Yes. Mouth: easy and clean, soft malty character and a pleasant bitterness. Surpriseeeee

on tap chiara dorata filo velata buon aschiuma piuttosto persistentne discrete note citriche elicato erbaceo amaro medio discreta maltatura cracker
