On tap @So Good (Rome). Giallo paglierino, torbida, opalescente, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note lattiche e citriche, fieno, erba tagliata. In bocca è lattica, con finale sapido, splendida. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-alta. Gose di livello eccellente!

Tap at So Good in Rome-Italy. Slightly hazy hay-like pour with a medium-low white head (adhesive). Nose: floral and straw, it results in a aroma which balances spices with hint of grains. Mouth is clean, thyme and chamomile in a way. A good gose which in the end results a bit soapy.
