High-fermented lager characterized by the use of Saison yeast, which produces a particularly dry, aromatic and easy to drink beer. Our version is more hopped than the traditional saison. The malty base of only malt pils brings out the best aromas of hops used with herbaceous notes, yellow fruit, citrus and white grapes.

Keg at Fermentoren, CPH, 11/05/18. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is grassy, light yeast esters, lemon rind, melon, straw. Taste comprises lemon tinged straw, light white peppery spice, grains, yeast esters, light herb, hop dusting. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp clean drying close. Decent enough lightly hopped saison.

Tap @ Fermentoren. Poured light golden color with a thin white head. Aroma has perfumy, floral notes in aroma. Flavor has citrus, perfume and floral note. Refreshing.

On tap @So Good (Rome). Color pesca giallona, torbida, schiuma bianca media, non molto persistente. Al naso sentori di mango, frutta gialla, spezie, pepe. In bocca è molto secca, con un buon amaro e note di pompelmo, pepata, un po’ corta. Corpo leggero, carbonazione medio-leggera. Buona, ma mi aspettavo di più.
