Can. somewhat hazy pale gold with a 2cm white head. Aroma of underdone bread, interesting just ripe tropical and citrus notes, a little herbal edge. Then the taste is a little sweeter than expected with a jube-like red berry flavour more promient than any of the fruit that showed in the aroma. The finish is dry and pointily bitter. Unusual, interesting but perhaps lacking harmony.
