Auch unser Brauerei-Gründer Eduard Vormann hat diesen Bierstil während seiner Lehrjahre in Dortmund kennen- und lieben gelernt. Daher wird unser Vormann Export schon seit den frühen Jahren unserer Brauerei gebraut.

0.5 l bottle from local ’trinkgut’ as ’Export - Golden Export’ at 5.5% abv, best before October 2016. Clear, golden yellow with a large, rather dense, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, grassy and a bit fruity aroma of hay, grains, some citrus and subtle hints of butter. Rather sweet, malty, moderately grassy and a bit fruity taste of hay, grains, some citrus, a bit of vanilla and hints of butter, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite grassy finish. Medium body, smooth and quite effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Classic, refreshing and well-executed Export!

Tap(Festival Dortmunder Bierkultur): Golden, hazy, big creamy white head; moderate grainy and grassy nose with some bready notes;moderate bitter-sweet flavour, relatively light bodied and a bit tart; slightly drier and hoppier finish, lingering. Decent, nothing wrong with it…
