Schon im 19. Jahrhundert hatte das Dortmunder Bier, Export genannt, Weltruhm.
Auch unser Brauerei-Gründer Eduard Vormann hat diesen Bierstil während seiner Lehrjahre in Dortmund kennen- und lieben gelernt. Daher wird unser Vormann Export schon seit den frühen Jahren unserer Brauerei gebraut.
Exportbier, untergärig, hell - Kräftig, würzig, mit feiner Hopfennote.

0,5 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Clear light golden, with a more than two finger white foamy head. Low apple fruity on the nose, some caramel.Taste starts with caramel, straw, some metallic bitterness, low fruity background. Mid bitterness in the aftertaste.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass deep golden, small head. Fine spicy malty aroma. Starts fine malty, modest dry, sweetish background. Some moldy-bready-bready notes. Finish well balanced, sweetish malty. Okay.

Clear golden with almost no head. Aroma is wheat, malt, sweet stuff. Taste is normal hop bitterness and wheat sweetness. Medium finish, medium body. Good drinkability. Ok.

Bottle [from Euro Swap 2016-3 thanks to Zlotta] @ home. Clear golden color, medium sized dense white head that lasts for quite a while. Smell and taste malts, grainy, bitter. Average to decent body and carbonation. Decent beer.

50cl bottle. Vielen Dank an Erzengel. Trübes hell goldgelbes Bier mit mittelgroßen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch sehr getreidig hell malzig. Geschmack getreidig malzig, süß malzig, leicht hopfig.

Bottle from the brewery. Grainy smooth beginning. Golden in the glass, round and refreshing with a moderate sweetish grainy body. Style as an Export should be, but a bit more body with a malty worthy character. Round and smooth nice aftertaste. Well done Export!

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a blond and medium-sized foamy head. Buttery malty aroma with mildly bready notes, hints of caramel, onions and shades of woody hops. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a medium carbonation. Slightly buttery, “oxidised” malty base with notes of bread, caramel and herbal, slightly woody hops in the background; moderately sweet, slightly buttery malty and cautious hop bitter, slightly woody finish. Tastes like a more or less successful Světlý interpretation. 05.IX.16
