Our amber ale is a balanced easy drinking, medium-bodied beer with a beautiful copper colour. Its caramel flavours are balanced by malty and fruity aromas and an off dry finish. A delicious milder alternative to our pale ale and a perfect introduction to the world of alternative beers.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo tostato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente.

Bottled 330ml (Super U, Grand Baie)
Hazy amber colour, small white head. Fruity, dry, woody nose. Light-bodied. Crystal malt but not much sweetness, some woody tones. Neh.

330ml bottle [courtesy of Marcel - thank you very much!]. Slightly cloudy, redd-ish, dark amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Mellow, minimally earthy and spicy, malty as well as slightly fruity, hoppy aroma, hints of cherry and dark red berries, lingonberry, a touch of rye spiciness. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally bready and spicy, minimally toasty and nutty malty, hints of rye bread, peanut pellice, minimally diluted, fruity hoppy hints of plum, cherry, red berries, weak earthy, leafy overtones. Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Well balanced, harmonious, relatively complex, refreshing - very nice.

THT. Thanks 🙏 Rasvan! Near clear amber with thin white head. Sweet caramel malts, dark raisans, some earthy dirty touch. Sickly and a bit weird and watery. Nice bittersweet. Light body, soft carb. 🇲🇺 Mauritius +1!

Bottle at THT September. Caramel, wort, cardboard, cocoa, light nuts. Quite sweet, medium bitter. Medium bodied. Meh.
