Probably our favourite hop currently, Idaho 7 is a beautiful balance of sharp tropical fruits and some more old school pine and resin notes. We added a touch of Bru-1 for that wonderful fresh pineapple zing and sprinkling of Mosaic to round it out with a bit of savoury and dank. It’s initially sweet on the aroma and taste, but finishes with a lovely pithy sharpness which is what we are looking for in these beers at the moment.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft. Pours soupy gold with a creamy, pure white head. Medium to big sweet flavour with rich tropical fruits, mango, peach, tangerine and papaya, subtle rindy bitterness. Full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Warming finish, lightly sticky, more decadent tropical fruits. Lightly dank, nice and juicy. Quite tasty sauce.
