New England IPA in Double version, where hop and yeast meet give intense tropical notes. Mango, papaya, lytchee and pineapple are the most persistent, then we also have dragon fruit and red apple.
The alcoholic percentage is gently hidden by the citrus and tropical taste, the soft velvety sensation comes from oats.

16 September 2020. At Astral Beers Pub, Bologna. Shared with the lovely Anke! Clear golden, stable, frothy, white head. Aroma of clementine, peach, pineapple, yellow grapefruit peel, lime, vague bubblegum, mint. Taste has sweet clementine, peach & very subtle banana, bitter grapefruit peel mixing with spicy yeast & doughy malts. Dry, floral hoppy finish, spicy-yeasty still but ripe tropical fruit has the final say. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Good one, perhaps a tad too spicy for NEIPA.
