Beer of Saison inspiration that makes the protagonist the yeast with its fruity esters. Characterized by an amber yellow colour and a compact foam, it is intense in its great drinkability. The addition of German flavor hops enriches it with fruity scents recalling white melon, strawberry and peach with light citrus hints.
Not filtered, not pasteurized and refermented in bottle or keg.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per lo speziato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di miele, spezie, frutta secca, pane cotto di recente, agrumi e arancia rossa.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.7%. Hazy brownish-golden colour, large to moderate white head. Yeasty and vinous aroma, hints of redcurrants. Fresh and vinous flavour, notes of spicy saison yeast, again hints of redcurrants, followed by distinct bittering hops. Quite good.

Solsletta 111222. Orange color with a beige head. Aroma is yeast, fruit, malt, spices, pine, grapefruit. Flavor is yeast, fruit, malt, spices, pine, grapefruit, herbs. OK beer.

Bottle. An unclear orange colored beer with a small, dense beige head leaving curtains. The aroma is quite hop forward, piney and resiny, with a peppery yeastyness, some generic fruityness and a herbal hint. Lightly bready. It's full-bodied, nicely carbonated and mostly dry, with a decent bitterness. Fruity flavor too, with orange, pine cones, resin, grass notes and some bready malts. Peppery yeast in the finish. A decent saison, but a bit herbal and unbalanced. 221211

Bottle @ restaurant, Lazise. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, saison yeast and citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish with a little alcohol. 160719
