A sweet Imperial Stout aged in a blend of Pedro Ximenez sherry and American Rye Whiskey barrels.
Taste: Sweet sherry and dark chocolate jumps onto the tongue with raisins and dried figs following as the glass warms. Cloves, ginger and pralines slide down with just a hint of fondant icing before finally smooth anise with vinous notes of cherry wine remains on the tongue until the next sip.

Odense Summer Gathering 2022 after Jonas Vingegaard victory on Hautacam. Black with a small off-white head. Aroma of chocolate and candy with a dusty note. Sweet roasted flavour with dark chocolate.

33ck bottle as Winterproof x Kihoskh. Poured pitch black in color. Soy saucy, nice licorice notes and hint of tobacco. More dry than sweet. Thick, smooth.

Black with dark head that fades away too quickly. Aroma and flavour have dry woody notes and quite a lot of booze too. Warming. Sweeter sherry elements are definitely there but the roasted bitterness of the base stout certainly dominates. Loads of dried fruits in the aftertaste though.
