Keg at THE Blind Tiger - NYC. Pours cloudy gold with a fizzy white head. The aroma definitely has a bit of zesty lime, some doughy wheat. Light sweet flavor, crisp, with understated bready wheat, very slight acidity, some rindy lemon, lime. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Pretty zippy and refreshing on the finish, more zesty lemon-lime, hay, grain, wheat, pizza crust. Drying aftertaste. Super drinkable.
