Draught @ Milk and Hops. Cloudy yellow with very small frothy white head, acidic aroma, high carbonation, mildly salty sour lemon zest taste, thin body, long finish. Very strong lemon influence on this one.

Bottle shared by Mike. This one has some strong lime zest and sourness. Some herbs and salt in there too. The body is appropriately light. Pretty clean and tasty. Good.

Bottle thanks to Matt! Pours hazy pale yellow straw, small white head, dissipates quickly, minimal lacing. Fizzy. Aroma is dominated by lime zest, sea air and sour mash backing, a bit of an herbal quality. Flavor is pretty lightly tart, lightly salty, limes, a hint of a medicinal quality, dusty. Light body. Solid, but not really what I was hoping for.

Bottle shared at the Nov. 2015 Monticello Dairy tasting. Hazy yellow, thin head, poor retention. Aroma of doughy malt, lime, hints of salt. The taste is lime, salt, pale malt. Reminds me of tortilla chips. Medium bodied, high carbonation.

Draught at Row 34, 11/13/15.
Light-to-moderate haze to this soft blonde colored liquid, with a very light lime tint to it. White head is small and fully diminishes over time.
Fruitiness (limes, lemons, sweet orange) and plentiful but not overdone lactic character all smell very gose-like in the nose. Dainty malts show light honey and baguette character, while no flaws or alcohol are noted. The lime is certainly prominent, though by no means dominant/disruptive. No flaws or alcohol.
Less lime in the flavor, even, with tart lactic notes playing quite nicely with the lightly sweet malts. Delicate citrus character as well as a pinch of graininess dry out the finish, but the tight carbonation and saltiness add some slickness/smoothness and it goes down both dry, flavorful and still texturally enjoyable. Light lemongrass and coriander notes add further complexity. Thought the lime and herbs add a different but equally enjoyable dimension to the Alternate World (which I assume is the base beer here).

Bottle at home. Cloudy orange water colored. Smell the lime from across the room. Tastes of lime, raw dough, salty, some wheat. Fine tart palate. The lime is a bit overpowering for my taste but a nice summer brew.
