This golden ale carries notes of passion fruit and honey in the aroma. A suggestion of biscuit is found in the beer’s varied palate. Brewed with our 2-row barley blend, hopped with Nugget and Hallertau, then fermented on our house yeast, Tripel offers up a complex, yet dry finish.

Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of bread and CO2. Taste is sweet with a nice layering of spices, cloves and nutmeg are detectable. Palate includes bananas and cinnamon. Very smooth, drinkable even with a high ABV.

Lightly hazy golden with a white head. Lightly funky underneath good zesty notes, light spice, some citrus, apricot. Whew, this is tasty.

Bottle pour into nonic pint glass. Appearance is cloudy orange-yellow with fair sparkle, finger-width white foamy head with poor retention and trace lacing. Aroma is Belgian yeast, light caramel, peach/mango, candied and brown sugar. Taste is candied sugar with fruit/grapefruit, champagne. Palate is medium bodied with thick texture, lively carbonation, and dry mix of sweet fruits and tart yeast. Overall, a nice mix of disparate aromas/flavors.

Pours a slightly reddish amber, very clear, not terribly heady. Slightly spicy aroma of coriander, banana flavor, sweet candi sugar notes as well. Somewhat oily mouthfeel kind of puts me off. Good beer.

35,5 cl bottle @ hotel room, Los Angeles. Aroma has soapy citrus, some apricot and mild fruity tones. Flavour has soapy apricot, fruit sugar and some caramel. Rather sweet tripel, not worth the hype though. Too sweet for me, drinkability is not that great.
