This golden ale carries notes of passion fruit and honey in the aroma. A suggestion of biscuit is found in the beer’s varied palate. Brewed with our 2-row barley blend, hopped with Nugget and Hallertau, then fermented on our house yeast, Tripel offers up a complex, yet dry finish.

Pours yellowish orange with a smooth head. Aroma of yeast, ripe fruits, spices, honey and citrus. Taste is sweet, yeasty and spicy with loads of ripe fruits, honey, citrus and lemon. Finish is sweetish, slightly stuffy and yeasty with loads of ripe fruits and hints of spices. Sweetish but balanced.

12 ounce bottle. Hazy honey gold color with a small creamy white head. Aroma has notes of Belgian yeast and lemon peel. Flavor is much like the aroma, with yeasty notes and sweet fruit. Hints of banana and citrus. Smooth and complex with a nice warming alcohol finish. Very true to the Belgian Tripel style.

Light yellow minor cloudy 1 finger white head. Nose has a lot of herbal and pepper notes. Whoa, this is incredibly herbal. lots of sweetness.s has a good yeast character. Not that great and a bit too sweet for me.

Bottle. Lactic lemon, yeast, malt, and alcohol aroma. Hazy pale yellow with moderate head. Sweet lemon, yeast, malt, and moderately bitter herbal flavor. Mild alcohol finish. Very nice.

Purchased on my trip to Maine. Batch # 210. Pours a hazy golden colour with a white bubble head that stays. Dirty lacing. Spicy nose with the Belgian ale yeast. Smooth mouthfeel with the spices and yeast. Gets a little stronger in the finish. Quite a nice Tripel that goes down smoothly.
