Die satinierte gelborange Farbe präsentiert sich mit sahnig kräftigem Schaum prachtvoll im Glas. Ein angenehmer Duft nach Zitrusfrüchten, Gewürznelke und einem Hauch Birne steigt empor. Im Antrunk süffig, vollmundig und weich bietet die obergärige Bierspezialität ein prickelndes Mundgefühl mit angenehmer Rezenz und Spritzigkeit. Die fruchtig-estrigen Töne bleiben zusammen mit einer angenehm würzigen Hefenote ausgewogen auf der Zunge und am Gaumen. Allmählich geht die moussierende Wirkung des Hefeweizens von Gold Ochsen zurück und man freut sich auf den nächsten belebenden Schluck, um wieder in den vollen Genuss zu gelangen. Speisenempfehlung: Zu knackigen Salaten, gekochtem und gebratenem Fisch, Meeresfrüchten, Geflügelgerichten, milden Käsesorten und süßen Nachspeisen. Natürlich eignet sich das Hefeweizen HELL von Gold Ochsen auch hervorragend zu Weißwurst und Brezel sowie zu einer zünftigen Brotzeit.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is bananas, minerally. Taste is very minerally, more bananas. Silky mouthfeel. Ok.

Hazy yellow golden colour, sparkling, frothy white head, mostly lasting. Aroma wheat, light malty, bread, citrus, yeast, banana. Taste medium sweet and light sourish, malty, banana, yeast. Medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation, creamy and wheaty finish.

Colour yellow with light banana aroma notes that translate into a mildly sour banana flavor. Easy drinking, medium-bodied, and moderately flavored.

Bottled, thanks Christer! Cloudy golden, lively head. Mild citric banana aroma. Dryish and fairly light bodied with light banana and some bubblegum. Rather tart, fersh and spritzy.

Bottle 500ml.Hazy medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, banana, clove, light bubble gum. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is creamy to watery, carbonation is soft. [20101015]

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy golden with a white head. Very sweet banana nose. Medium body, sweet banana, yeast and phenols. Decent. 151010

Bottle: Cloudy, deep golden, smaller foamy layer, moderate to solid sweet wheat-malty nose with lots of ripe bananas in the background; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, medium bodied, quite soft; increasing acidity - but still mild - in the sweetish-fruity (bananas and lemons) and wheaty finish. Pleasant, well crafted Weizen......

(bottle) Cloudy, orange to golden colour with a big and slightly off-white foamy head. Sweet and yeasty, slightly cara-malty aroma with a moderate wheat-character, accompanied by bready notes, banana and a touch of band aid, dust and cloves. Moderately sweet flavour with a tinge of acidity, medium to light bodied with a sparkly mouthfeel. Yeasty and wheaty taste with traces of cara-malt, lighter fruity notes of banana and a bit mouldy spices; sweet barley malty and slightly fruity finish. Well-bodied but lacks a bit of the typical wheat-character. 11.V.10

Bottle. Blonde, cloudy. Banana and citrusfruit in the aroma and flavor. Just hints of grass. Wheaty, sweetish, simple but quite drinkable hefeweizen.

Bottle. Lemon, banana and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy yellow-amber color with moderate head. Lemon wheat malt flavor - very dry for a Weizen. Not very complex but one for those who don’t like sweet fruity Weizens.
