12oz canned 9/22/21, drunk 10/17/21. Clear, straw golden with a hint of bronze. White head is medium-to-small, well-retained. Really strong aroma of peach, nectarine, apple, pear and rustic grain with no wild yeast and not what I would call a corn-heavy nose, but the corn is interesting and seems to add a sharper tone. But soft mineral from the house character keeps it mild and comforting with hints of honey dotting the way. Softly malty yet with a strong bitterness up front, perhaps a bit too aggressive? Good attenuation, with light sugar cookies, lemon and black tea lingering. Not sure how the corn was employed in the mash and in what form, but I like that it doesn't dominate with a corn-heavy flavor, though the beer does taste rather bitter. This could, of course, just be from overhopping. Not sure about the tannin qualities of corn.

Pours clear yellow into a shaker. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes to coat surface. Sour hay aromas. Crisp with sour hay and lemon upfront turning to bitter pith in the lasting finish.

Hazy golden with a white head - Malt aroma with hints of fruity hops - Malt body with a spicy yeasty note and just hints of hops with bitterness to balance - The malts goes into the finish - This was good

Draught at The Sampler: pours deep gold with a white head. Aroma is farmhouse yeast, light corn, flowers. Taste is yeasty, sort of sweet, low bitterness. Not sure what use the corn was but still nice.
