This delightfully refreshing German-Style Pilsner boasts a light golden color and a delicately spicy nose derived from noble hops. A clean and crisp body balances with slight biscuit and straw malt presence, finishing dry with just the right amount of bitterness. Named after a local band from our brewmaster's home town (Andover, MA)

Pours light gold into a shaker. Bright white soapy head with good retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Hay and biscuit aromas. Crisp with sweet caramel, hay, lemon peel and dusty tropical fruit skin upfront turning to lemon pith and bitter apple in the dry, lasting finish.

16 oz bottle poured into a willi becher. Canned 1/23/2018. Clear bright straw yellow with off-white head. Aromas of malt, wheat, corn. Tastes of malt, citrus, wheat, some corn, biscuit, toasty notes. Light body with a dry finish. Tasty pils.

Poured from can dated 1/23/18 Conscious Pilot light hazy golden with a nice white. Aroma is biscuit malt floral hops yeast. Taste is crisp clean nice mouth feel follows aroma and is true to style.
