Reviewed from notes.
Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: burnt orange to copper color with a sly transparency along the edges of the glass and a quarter finger of white foamy head which dissolved nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: peachy flesh and skin, blueberry flesh and skin, light lemony notes, some allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas together in a sweet to spicy and subtle tart sort of way; finishes the same way
Texture: light to medium bodied, good sipper, good amount of smoothness, spices seem fairly restrained in their assertiveness
Overall: nice fruited tart ale worthy of coming back to.

Part of a sour beer tasting and K&L Wines in Redwood City. What a great lineup for the night of eight legendary sours. Scores were recorded during the tasting but not detailed notes.

Bottle bought at Kings Beer & Wine, Phoenix in February 2019. Hazy orange with a small head. Aroma and taste of peach, funk, spices and oak. The finish was on the dry side.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours hazy pinkish grapefruit color with a white head. Or at least near white. Aroma of peach - very lightly reminiscent of pickled peach. Med body. Sort of sweet tar. Flavor is peach, vanilla ?, and a hint of berry? So it’s sweet/tart vanilla? Medium sour. Not dry. A bit acetic/acidic. Quite nice. Very approachable.
