Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: dark orange haziness with a finger and a quarter of white foamy head which dissipated nicely fo leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet nutty to woody tones with some piney hop tones then some mixed citrusy to floral hop tones; light malts underneath
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas together but leaves out the woody tone and encompassss a sweet to bittersweet quality; finishes through piney, mixed citrusy and floral hoppiness
Texture: medium bodied, leans towards being a sipper; good smoothness that seems to roll right across the tongue with that nuttiness I smelled earlier
Overall: so there was lactose brewed in this and yet not one tone or scent noted, I'd say this was one mighty fine beer that I wish I could have again.

Very sweet, almost verging into Frankenberry territory, with a sugary, grain-heavy base accented by berry-forward hops backed up by grapefruit and pineapple. Interesting, but ultimately too sweet for its own good.
